Leica iCON iGD4SP On-cab

3D bulldozer guidance solution without mast + SP14 inertial sensor

The Leica iCON iGD4SP on-cab mastless guidance system for bulldozers not only enhances productivity by offering the entire set of advantages of a Leica iCON iGD3 system but also allows you, like with the two-masted Leica iCON iGD4SP system, to know the direction of your machine even when it is idling. Therefore, this 3D system allows you to work independently and with precision everywhere on the project while guided by a GNSS system. Used in tandem with a Leica SP14 inertial incline sensor, this solution offers a grading of great precision on inclined surfaces, amongst others.

Along with the versatility of the two options of antenna positioning (on two masts or on the roof), the possibility of placing the two antennas on the roof of the bulldozer has the advantage of eliminating the risk of damage to the masts, cables, and antennas, while greatly reducing the risk of injury when removing the antennas and improving vision while operating the machinery. Also, with the GNSS analysis box inside the cab, the system is less costly in terms of maintenance and repairs.

Available on a touch screen (MCP80) transferable from any other type of equipment, with a simplified operating software and remarkable intuitiveness, this solution will facilitate operators’ apprenticeship and make your investment pay off from the very start.

The system is compatible with the Leica iCON Telematics, a simple and efficient portal, allowing for the easy transfer of data between office and on-site machines and distance control of certain fleet management functions via the site Internet iCON Telematics.
