Definitions

The Personal Information that we collect and store remains encrypted and is archived securely on Microsoft and OdooSh servers. Rest assured that this Personal Information is disclosed only when we have a legal obligation to do so.
Communication of Personal Information We may communicate your Personal Information to our employees, contractors, consultants, agents, Service Providers, and other trusted third parties who need this information to help us operate our Website, carry out and protect our business activities, or serve you, provided that these Service Providers have previously committed in writing to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and our Information Governance Program. Moreover, only members of our organization’s Personnel who need to access and process your Personal Information will have access, in compliance with our internal Personal Information Protection Policy.

You also waive any claim in this regard, except in case of gross negligence or intentional fault on the part of AbTech. In the event of a breach of confidentiality or security of your Personal Information that presents a high risk to your rights and freedom, this breach will be notified to you as soon as possible, and AbTech will take the necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information.

Individuals Under the Age of 14
We do not knowingly collect and use Personal Information from individuals under the age of 14. If you are under the age of 14, you should not provide us with your Personal Information without the consent of your parents or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without consent, please contact us using the contact details provided in section 1.2 above to request that we delete this child’s personal information from our systems.
