IMPORTANT UPDATE: GS18 T AND GS18 I SOFTWARE

Action Required Before January 1, 2025

An essential software update is available for the GS18 T and GS18 I GNSS sensors.

Why is this update important?

Starting January 1, 2025, the tilt compensation feature of the GS18 T and GS18 I sensors will no longer initialize without this update. Although the sensors will continue providing positions, you must manually level the bubble to perform accurate measurements.

What do you need to do?

Please update your sensors to the latest Captivate software version before December 31, 2024 to avoid interruptions.

• We recommend installing Captivate v9.00 to benefit from the latest enhancements and maximize the performance of your equipment.
• For clients with expired CCP contracts, the following versions are also available:
  • Captivate v3.80 (Maintenance Date: 12/01/2017)
  • Captivate v4.80 (Maintenance Date: 11/30/2018)
  • Captivate v5.80 (Maintenance Date: 03/01/2020)
  • Captivate v6.80 (Maintenance Date: 11/01/2020)
  • Captivate v7.80 (Maintenance Date: 04/01/2022)
  • Captivate v8.80 (Maintenance Date: 06/01/2023)
