IMPORTANT CHANGE – iCON Site/Build CCP Reactivation Fees
Starting June 1, 2025, Leica Geosystems will introduce new reactivation fees for certain CCP renewals.
What’s Changing?
The iCON Site/Build Base Customer Care Packages (CCP) that have been inactive for more than 200 days will now be subject to:
A reactivation fee of $699.00 CAD
(Equivalent to a 1-year base CCP)
Only CCP #6007034 is affected by this change.
📋 What This Means for You
If your CCP has been inactive for less than 200 days, nothing changes — you can renew as usual.
If your CCP has been inactive for more than 200 days, the reactivation fee will apply as of June 1, 2025.
ABTECH’s Commitment
📅 Until May 31, 2025
Business as usual — no change to current quotes or renewals.
📅 Starting June 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM
The reactivation fee will be automatically included in quotes for iCON Site/Build Base CCPs that have been inactive for more than 200 days.
ABTECH will honour all quotes issued within the 30 days prior to June 1, even if the CCP exceeds the 200-day limit.
